For garment printing, we recommend an editable .AI, .EPS, .PDF vector file. This ensures the best possible results when printing. We also recommend including the Pantone colors in your file. For garment printing we currently offer a maximum image size of 30cm wide and 40cm tall.

For garment printing orders of 1-30, there is no limitation to how many colors we can print at a time.
For garment printing order of 30+, we can currently print up to 6 colors.
For paper goods and promotional material, there is no limitation to how many colors we can print at a time.
Sometimes blank goods and specialty products/materials can become out-of-stock during the quote process. This is most likely to happen during peak seasons. We will make every reasonable attempt to let you know if a product is no longer available and offer a comparable substitution, although additional charges may apply.
Our goal is to make the ordering process as easy as possible. Just fill-out our quote request form on our website (www.malmoprinting.co). Please be as detailed as possible with your quantities, and number of colors used in your designs as these affect pricing. We will review your information and get back to you within 24-48 hours to review your quote with you. (If you have a rush order feel free to call us.) After we’ve agreed on the quote, we will review your artwork and make your proofs. Once you approve the proofs, we collect a 50% deposit on your order total and it will be moved into the queue for printing. Upon completion and delivery, the remaining 50% of your invoice will be sent to you.
Our standard turnaround time is 8-12 working days from the acceptance of the quote. We do have rush service available under certain conditions and at an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Klarna for direct payments.We also offer invoicing for Swedish registered organisations. Invoiced orders require a 50% deposit and are subject to a 14 day payment window.
