Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase.
1. Requirements for All Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be presented.
Item Condition: Clothing and items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached).
Timeline: The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. How to Return or Exchange
In-Store (Free)
You are always welcome to bring your items directly to our shop for an immediate return or exchange. This is the fastest way to get your refund or swap for a different size. Just bring your item and your receipt to the counter, and our team will take care of you!
By Mail
If you prefer to ship your item back to us:
Contact Us: Email info@malmoprinting.se with your order number to start the process.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging an item by mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item (either in-store or by mail), we will process your refund.
Original Payment: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Processing Time: For mailed returns, please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we receive the package.
Items Not Eligible
Reminder: Items that show signs of wear, lack original tags, or fall outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Special Note
Items printed with custom printing are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
